Brief: Initially to depict a 'knight'. Glass to obscure view of adjacent house.

Description: Elements from the Bayeux tapestry showing Harold, Saxon King of England, being defeated by the Conqueror. The comet is also featured.

Materials & Techniques: Mostly obscuring 'English Muffled' glass for the background with 'water glass' for the top panels. Other obscuring glass known as 'Kokomo' and 'Sahara' is used for the figures and shield with some minimal trace line painting for features and details, such as lettering, arrows and chain mail. Comet in the centre and tail in yellow and amber stain. Lead in varied widths.
